SAHARA OUTDOORS — Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, or promotions for free shipping.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at Scott@sahara-outdoors.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
